Y lo hicimos porque perjudicaba enormemente a los vecinos y vecinas de barrios como el de Dehesa Vieja ya que quería instalar, a pocos metros de sus viviendas, un horno crematorio de cadáveres. Además de esta aberración, siempre nos pareció que la autorización era muy sospechosa ya que pretendía perdonar a la empresa constructora, Parcesa, más de un millón de euros. Así, denunciamos que el proyecto no se ajustaba a la ley, algo que ya confirmó el pasado año la Comunidad de Madrid y ahora ha ratificado el tribunal al calificarlo de ilegal.
Ahora es el momento de que los miembros del gobierno anterior, con el ex alcalde Narciso Romero a la cabeza, den explicaciones de este sinsentido.

Pero esto debe ir acompañado de una mejor gestión y control tanto de la organización municipal como de las empresas que trabajan para el ayuntamiento.
Una empresa municipal que ahorre costes
Creemos necesario que se avance en la creación de una empresa municipal de servicios, utilizando y aprovechando la actual empresa del suelo y la vivienda (EMSV). Esto permitiría gestionar directamente los grandes contratos que tiene nuestro ayuntamiento y supondría un importante ahorro, además de dignificar el trabajo de las y los trabajadores de estas empresas contratistas.
Por desgracia el nuevo gobierno del partido popular ha preferido aliarse con la extrema derecha de VOX para repartirse el poder en la EMSV, lo que se traducirá en cuatro años más sin la tan necesaria vivienda pública asequible.
Con la mirada puesta en el futuro
Aunque en las pasadas elecciones municipales tuvimos un gran aumento de votos, no fue suficiente para conseguir el objetivo: obtener la alcaldía, algo fundamental para realizar la trasformación real que nuestra ciudad necesita.
A pesar del cambio de gobierno, seguimos viendo que Sanse continúa con los problemas como el de limpieza, sin vivienda asequible o focos de marginalidad y pobreza que existen. Es lamentable que el actual gobierno del Partido Popular esté más interesado en aumentar días de fiesta o realizar encierros taurinos en enero que en solucionar los problemas de nuestros vecinos y vecinas.
En Izquierda Independiente tenemos claro que nuestra prioridad como partido local es nuestra ciudad, y por eso durante todo el año hemos realizado propuestas constructivas, algo que seguiremos haciendo en el 2024. Ahora solo queda esperar que se pongan en marcha. Además, y como viene siendo habitual, hemos seguido fiscalizando el gasto y las actuaciones realizadas, denunciando aquellas irregulares.
